We worked with Chukka Caribbean Adventures to revamp their creatives and performance marketing strategy.  

Background: Chukka Caribbean Adventures is the Caribbean’s largest nature-adventure tour operator with parks in Jamaica, Barbados, Belize, Turks and Caicos and the Dominican Republic.

The Mission: Chukka Caribbean Adventures saw a decrease in sales during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our task was to increase sales from tourists already in Jamaica and those in the process of planning a trip.  

What We Did:

We incorporated programmatic advertising and remarketing strategies across a wide range of platforms such as Spotify, Google, YouTube, and Facebook.  

In addition to incorporating the various advertising platforms, we gained a better understanding of Chukka’s customer personas, which gave us insight into predicting their online browsing behaviours. This allowed us to do the most suitable online product placements when it came to advertising – by segmenting customers based on their financial ability, interests and sources of entertainment.  

The Results: We produced a per-month ROI as high as 20x and increased revenue by 100% for 2022 vs the same period in 2021. Conversion rates increased by 28%.
