Culture plays such an important role in what we do. The diversity of our team, made up of experts from around the Caribbean, gives us a unique, well-rounded perspective on our work. While we are a close-knit team of 40, with a wider organizational reach of over 400 strong, here are the members who lead our mission.

Having a keen interest in human behaviour and psychology and a highly analytical nature of thinking, digital and data-driven marketing provide the basis of a well-fit career path for Carou. He has spent 12 years in the digital marketing and advertising field at senior levels in industry-leading firms in Jamaica, Trinidad, Barbados, Brazil, the United States of America and St. Kitts. The consummate wordsmith, in his downtime, you can catch Carou reading, playing scrabble, or cheering for his favourite football team.
Ghulam brings to Imagine Digital over seven years of experience in digital marketing. A result-driven team player, Ghulam finds that his love for digital marketing is rooted in the joy of bringing forth tangible and quantifiable results for his clients. When he’s not busy delivering impressive digital marketing campaigns, he finds relaxation in watching a game of football or cricket or sharpening his skills in currency trading, as evidenced by the book he keeps within close reach; “The Trading Bible” by Kiril Valtchev.
Terry-Ann believes the world is something to be designed, be it through physical spaces or relationships. This perspective has long influenced her approach to marketing. She’s a well-rounded marketer with 16 years of experience in building and revitalising brands at different points in their lifecycles and across different industries. From telecoms, FMCG, utilities, technology, financial, advertising, and not-for-profit, Terry has seen it all. She is fascinated with the psychological and sociological relationship between brands and consumers. When she’s not exploring the world of interior or fashion design (or just the world), Terry is falling more hopelessly in love with cats or soaking up some knowledge with a book.
D’Andre is a highly experienced paid media specialist with over seven years of experience in digital advertising, having managed over $7M USD in ad budgets. He’s worked across ad platforms such as Google Ads, Programmatic, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Spotify and more.
D’Andre’s industry experience ranges from e-commerce, banking, insurance, and retail to automotive, hospitality, FMCG, construction and transportation. He leads a talented cross-functional team of specialists that manages blue-chip clients across 22 markets.
His team has successfully produced a per month ROI as high as 20x and increased revenue by 230% for one of our largest hospitality clients.
Dominic is curious about ideas and processes. Whether it takes the form of a strategy, campaign, design or story, he focuses on simple ideas that create memorable results.

Kerese, we call her Kerr, has worn several hats in marketing and communications since leaving UTECH with a BA in communication arts and technology. She’s worked as an account manager, marketing manager and digital marketing strategist. A love of data is in her blood, which led her to pursue an MSc in marketing and data analytics at the University of the West Indies, Mona.
Now, she’s bringing her years of experience and analytical mind to her role in ID as digital sales manager.
Kerese believes that learning is something that never stops, and so she’s worked on attaining many certifications through Google and HubSpot, among others.
When she’s not working, she enjoys giving back to her community through various voluntary activities, relaxing with a book, swimming, or hanging her friends.
Once an aspiring scientist, Alvin, always curious about how things worked, found himself falling headfirst into the world of technology.
That desire to figure out the inner workings of things prepared him for a life in the business development world. Now he spends his time creating strategies, analysing data to achieve results, and watching businesses grow due to this work. Sounds like he’s still operating like a scientist!
When he’s not working on how to help businesses improve, he’s indulging his slightly unusual hobby: reptiles. He’s collected all kinds over the years. Alvin is no slouch in the kitchen. He runs a cooking group on Facebook called Good Old Bajan Cooking, with over 28 thousand members and is the co-author of the Good Old Bajan Cooking cookbook.
